Strategy 2024–2029
What long-term change do you want to see?
By 2029, young people aged 12–25 in Greenfield Central and West are more connected, more heard, and better supported in managing their mental wellbeing. The conditions that shape wellbeing — belonging, safety, access to trusted adults and services, and the chance to participate in decisions — are stronger because councils, community health organisations, schools and local groups have planned and invested together rather than in parallel.
We want the partnership itself to become an asset the community can see: not a grant program that runs for five years and stops, but a shift in how Greenfield plans and funds prevention. That means formalising what works, learning from what doesn't, and building a shared understanding of this community's specific needs — so that the next investment, wherever it comes from, lands on solid ground.

How the plan connects
This Strategy is the spine of the plan. Everything else hangs off it: Annual Approaches set out what the partnership will do each year, drawing activities and partners from the registers you maintain here. Indicators are the bridge between the questions above and the measures you choose each year — they live in the Annual Approach but are always linked back to a KEQ set here. Measures are the year-scoped commitments: who will count what, by when, using which method.
Annual plans · indicators · measures — all connected to this document. Editing the Strategy updates the spine; Annual Approaches fill in what changes year to year.
