Prototype — fictional data Switch view

Partners in Place, inside the platform.

This prototype adds the PiP templates to the VicHealth MEL platform you already use — and rethinks the navigation around one idea: your place is the home, and anything due comes to you. Everything here is fictional data.

What's new

Council view

Greenfield's initiative in one place — the plan, the events log and the learning rhythm.

Partner view

Marcus sees his part of two councils' plans — and nothing he doesn't need.

VicHealth view

Six initiatives rolled up from what councils and partners log — not another reporting round.

What stays

The maturity assessment keeps measuring capability. Learning loops keep the reflection rhythm. Neither is a separate place to visit any more — both surface on your initiative home: open ones in the due-now strip, finished ones in the Learning tab.

Five questions for you

  1. Naming: "events" vs "actions" vs "updates" for the granular unit.
  2. Does "work beyond the plan" read as useful learning or as surveillance?
  3. Who invites partners to the portal — councils or VicHealth?
  4. Does hybrid capture feel lighter than the Word templates, or heavier?
  5. One home per place, with a "due now" strip instead of separate sections for assessments and loops — clearer than what you know, or confusing?
