Cohort-wide Compass results released. Merton Vale's Year 2 score reflects the stretch of running a full program with limited staffing. Capability-building is the clearest KEQ 2 signal so far.
Cross-cohort pattern: shires with a single officer covering multiple portfolios show higher beyond-plan rates and lower reading completion. Merton Vale's situation is consistent with this — and noted in the capacity conversation scheduled for July.
