Roles are platform-wide and boring on purpose. What someone can see comes from their organisation and its links — not from custom permissions.

Add an organisation to the platform. Users can then be invited to it.

Invite the first user right after creating — the build wires these together. The new row's menu carries an Invite user action.

Send an invitation to a new user. They will receive a login link by email. Prototype note: invited users land under Greenfield here.
